Director of Information Technology Job in Montgomery Alabama (AL)

Manufacturing corporation in Alabama is searching for a Director of Information Technology with 10+ years of applicable experience. BS degree. Successful candidate would direct and control the functions involved in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of information technolgy solutions for this multi plant corporation. Would develop and maintain a short term and long term strategic plan and annual plans. Would continually evaluate alternative technology solutions. Would monitor performance of implemented systmes and maintain as required. Would integrate the activity and plans of the IT Department with that of other functional components or departments within the corporation. Would structure, staff and train the IT Department. Responsible for compliance to all IT related Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Must have experience on Oracle eBusiness 11i, have project management skills, be capable of managing multiple locations, and have a manufacturing background.
