Title: Business Development Director
Reports to: Director of Delivery
Location: Texas - Houston/Dallas Based
My client is a leading implementer of Oracle E-Business, PeopleSoft Enterprise, Demantra and Siebel solutions. Their Human Capital Management, Customer Relationship Management, Financial Management, and Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligence and Technology Practices combine outstanding technical and product knowledge with a deep understanding of enterprise business processes and industry best practices.
Our goal is to attract and retain the best and brightest practitioners in the industry. We are currently looking for experienced, proven sales professionals to expand our business development capability.
Description:
Successful candidates for this position will lead sales initiatives in their respective territory from lead generation through service delivery. Experience in prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing professional service sales at the senior executive level is required.
Position Requirements:
- Successful track record selling Oracle (E-Business, PeopleSoft, JDE, and Siebel) solution consulting services.
- Possess analytical and problem solving skills together with business process knowledge sufficient to assess client requirements, work with our delivery leaders in identifying appropriate solutions, and lead the development of compelling and successful proposals.
- Ability to articulate value based solutions to complex business problems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work autonomously
- Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Good teamwork skills
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
Compensation:

Base: 90-100K+, uncapped commission
1st year OTE: 200K+
