Our client is looking for a Part time, Contract Customer Support Analyst.
Job Description:
The Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to new and existing customers.  This position requires an ambitious self-starter.  The ideal candidate will have the skills indicated below, complimented with excellent written and verbal communication.   Resolving customer issues requires good listening skills and the ability to understand investigate and recreate issues locally.  The ability to translate information into our internal systems, in a detailed and meaningful way, is of great importance in this position.   As a member of our client’s Web2Print Support team, your goal will be to provide outstanding support to our customers.

Job Requirements:
  • Digital Prepress Experience
  • Understanding of PDF workflows
  • HTML experience a plus
  • Experience with InDesign and Flash Font creation a plus
  • Prior work with the OPS System or other web-to-print system is a plus
  • Work with Cross Media (PURLs, email blasts)
  • Familiarity of Server operating systems, network sharing and configuration
  • Internet Information Systems knowledge preferred
  • SQL Server experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
